Our dogs have a chicken allergy and it’s shocking to see how many dog treats and foods contain chicken, even when the name of the product would suggest otherwise. ALWAYS read the ingredients! This was a godsend for us since it contains no chicken. It looks almost like a beige paste or dough, comes in a plastic jar with a screw top lid, pretty similar to the popular pockets but in bulk form. It’s easy to use- just pinch off as much as you need to cover a pill or supplement. The texture is soft and pliable, making it easy to chew. If your pups take meds or supplements daily, consider auto shipping for the convenience. Our dogs never refuse meds when they are wrapped in this!

I have used this for two sized pills. First size is the claritin size so its a very small pill, I lightly wrap it in the substance and roll it in my palm to the size of a pea. Dog just swallows it, 4 pills gone quick and easy.The second size pill was an antibiotic so this one was about 4 times the size as the first pill (multivitamin size). I tried lots of substance to wrap it, but he chewed it which resulted in him dropping it a few times. I would suggest with large pills to wrap it as light as you can to make it as small as you can so it is less likely they will chew it. After lightly covering the larger second sized pill he took it much quicker and was less likely to chew it, although it still happened a few times, I simply picked it up, rolled a little more on the opened capsule/chewed area and he quickly swallowed it.All in all it was very effective vs trying to hide it in peanut butter or a hotdog. Since I have used small amounts over the month, there is a lot left in the jar and it has stayed soft and pliable and has not hardened at all.

After using many different methods to administer my dogs pills over the years - hot dogs, cheese, peanut butter, pill pockets, shoving a pill down my dogs throat - I’m excited to have found this product. I only wish I’d found it sooner!It’s super easy to mold the product around different size pills and only use as much as needed. I’ve already used it for a few different medication sizes.I tried the bacon and cheese flavor and my dog really liked it.

This is a great product. Easy to use and my dog likes it, even though she’s very picky. My husky had major surgery and has to take three large capsules of medication twice a day. Getting her to take the meds is a challenge, to say the least. We tried regular pill pockets, but they didn’t hide the pills well enough. But, there hasn’t been an issue since I’ve been wrapping them in Wrap-a-Pill. I’ll be buying more to keep on hand.

It worked for awhile until my little dog decided she didn't like it anymore. Initially she had to take several pills twice a day so it's understandable. She still has 2 weeks to go with only one pill once a day. She is taking with much encouragement needed. I recommend the product to having to shove pills down her throat.

I have been using this pill paste for several years and it is the best I have ever tried! I tried a couple different brands in the past and ended up throwing them away.If you have pets that have to take several medications this is the perfect thing to use. It has a great texture that is easy to wrap around any size pill, and apparently it has a great flavor because my pups absolutely love it!

My dog has epilepsy and requires lots of medications to keep him safe. Instead of struggling to get him to take his pills he now comes running as soon as I open the jar. This has made pill time such a better experience for both of us.

This helps so much with giving my Aussie his meds. One of the pills is really large and when it’s broken in half, the edges feel rough and this helps to smooth them back out. Unfortunately he’s stubborn so he won’t take the meds wrapped in this like a treat. However his doggo family members could care less if theirs have meds or nothing in them, they love it like a treat.
