If your house can accommodate it it's a great buy, especially at the $60 point
I've had my eye on these for a while but because it was not a necessary purchase I held off. One day I noticed that all of the colors except for the pink color went from about $60 to about $90. I was a little disappointed because I love the teal and blue but the pink is also pretty and I went ahead and pulled the trigger because from what I can tell there's no difference between the pink one and any of the other ones. I could have missed something but it doesn't seem like there's any extra accessories or anything it's just that some colors cost more than others right now. I would have had to think about it more at the $90 price point but snapped it up while it was still $60. I have no regrets it's hanging from an open beam in our house. keep in mind it is something that mounts to the ceiling or beam and hangs almost all the way to the floor so not every house is going to be able to accommodate this. There are ways around it just a reminder that it's a common thing people seem to have issues with. mine is hung from the exposed beam in the middle of my kitchen and I slide it over to the side and hang it behind two curtain hooks I put on the wall and it is completely out of the way and then usable within 2 seconds. I have degenerative disc disease meaning essentially the lower discs in my back are too compressed and so I stretch on this everyday. it's very much does allow you to get more comfortably into positions that otherwise would take years of yoga training that believe me I do not have nor do I ever see myself having so I appreciate the ability to stretch these things that I otherwise would not be able to do. My friends of all fitness levels have come over and played it on it, it's really fun no matter what because you can be a total beginner and hang off of it and you can be a yoga master and find some way to twist yourself into a pretzel no problem. It feels very sturdy the material and the seams seem to be somewhat similar to my old eno hammock. I was very worried it was going to feel flimsy and it does not at all, it only took one or two uses for me to trust flopping down on it.All in all $60 well spent for sure and if your house can accommodate it snap up this pink one before they change the price!

Game changer :)
I just got back into aerial yoga after some time... I have the silks and then added this piece, I love both! The extra handles with the trapeze offer a few other options which is really nice! The piece is super easy to hang or travel with - which I love! I use this outside and inside - so easy to move around! I love the color of this one, but there are lots of great colors that it comes in! The company site offers lots of helpful hints and ideas and common QA s too - so there's a lot of help if you need it.I do love the inversions on this piece, and all of the options for inversions with the trapeze too! I do notice less back and sciatic issues now that I use this more. It's the first thing I do in the am, and I add it to my gym visits and try and add a quiet / "cool down" to my nighttime routine too - I have it in our porch mostly , great spot! So cozy and relaxing!Looking forward to adding another soon for my 12 yr old daughter who could be on there for hours!

Durable, relieving, well made
I admit, this trapeze took some getting used to- but once I got the hang of it (haha) it’s been really helpful. Sometimes it pinches my skin, and I have to readjust.. but once I’m in the right place, and the trapeze is in the right place it does the trick. It’s been helpful for stretching out those harder to stretch places on my body that need extra support, and it’s been helpful for my hips, and my neck just to be able to hang upside down. The instructional video it comes with was super helpful too. It’s very durable material, and comes with durable and strong secure straps, handles, and clips— I've never felt unsafe when hanging upside down, or even when I let the kids swing on it once I’ve finished hanging out.

Good substitute for inversion table
Works as designed my wife loves it. She has some back issues and sees a chiropractor when she can. However the yoga trapeze helps her stretch out her spine when she can’t see a chiropractor. I was concerned about it’s sturdiness. But it easily holds me and I’m in the 210-220lbs range, don’t cheap out on the anchors though get ones rated above what the yoga trapeze is rated for. I got 500lbs rated mounts. The poses take some practice and finesse. The first time I inverted in it I slipped out and hit the floor, so now we have a 1/2 inch thick yoga pad under it. Other than that a good substitute for an inversion table, and can do more. Install is easy enough, but anchors have to be attached to a stud in the ceiling. Theres a couple adjustment loops to get it to a desired height. Dissembles easily but could not get it to go back into original bag so we bought a satchel to store it in.

Best price and definitely worth learning something new
I am loving this Trapeze and the best price 🥰. I’ve been following yoga body and its trapeze for about a year. I do suffer from mild to to moderate back pains so I was looking for something like what I could do at home versus going to physical therapy. The item is very sturdy the stitching was amazing once it was placed up on the patio we end up buying our own hooks to hook it to the top of our patio which means that it can hold 2500 pounds versus 300 pounds with the yoga body mount. I did get the pink because it was placed at a better bargain versus buying it from yoga body it’s self. Though the pink says that it did does not come with the DVD I actually did get a DVD with mine so that was actually a plus. The only downside to it is I do wish that the material was a little bit more softer but other than that it’s sturdy. I feel so comfortable while I’m in it and at ease; it’s easier than you think people I would definitely recommend buying one for yourself.

Great but one carabiner could not lock in place
Material is good quality , secure seams. Rope is secure too but if doing some poses which requires you to hang onto the ropes might be painful and better to replace with daisy chains instead. One star less because one of the carabiner was faulty, cannot lock back in place..
