NO INSTRUCTIONS!
Yes it' would be a great purchase if the company would take 5 mins to print instructions on how to assemble it. I have many times in the past assembled these racks and this will be the first one that you can't figure out how the bolt holes line up. I tried every combo I could think of but no cigar. Ya know even if these guys posted the instructions the consumer could download it, but as many here have said not on the internet and not in the box and trying to reach them is impossible. SO DON'T BUY THIS ONE! there are a few more that Amazon has that are pre-assembled and work great.

No instructions included in box, no online or telephone support.
I was very disappointed with this network rack. There were no instructions included with the equipment so it was impossible to figure out how to put this together. I tried to look online to find instructions and also checked YouTube videos. There is no support number and no instructions. As I said, disappointed. Had to make due with parts and couldn’t use the entire rack because I couldn’t build it.

Instructions would be nice!
There were no provided instructions, checked their website and none there either... The main part assembles fairly straight forward but how it connects to the part that mounts to the wall is not very clear. I will only order another sellers product even if I have to wait 2 weeks for it.

Falsely advertised! Beware product came unassembled with a bag of hardware and no instructions! Amazon was unable to help they directed me to the manufacturer 4 assembly instructions.

Great Design
It’s a very well made cabinet. Sturdy and easy to assemble, if you know what your doing. The reason for only 4 stars is none of the boxes had instructions for assembly. We will be using these again.
