When I first got these I thought that felt really hard, like they would hurt hard. I bought these for my hubby who stands on his feet all day at work and who complains constantly about how bad his feet hurt. I have purchased memory foam insert, gel inserts, expensive specialty inserts that according to him did not work. So far these are helping but for how long I don't know. He also said they are a bit hard but that is his personal preference not the insoles problem as that's how they are made and how best they function. These seem to be for hard core arch support so know that going in. For now they are a go and he is happy.

*UPDATE: they fit in boots too!*Surprisingly, these are really great. I am a happy customer! I've sold shoes for 11 years now and worked in a luxury shoe store that also sold insoles. These have great support and are comparable to my insoles from my store! I prefer the 3/4 length because it allows you to put it in tennis shoes and boots that the insoles don't come out of. A little trick in tennis shoes - slip them under the cushion liner and it keeps them in place and adds some cushion. I've been wearing them in a pair of fashion boots (that's a nice way of saying these boots have no support) all day today and they've been great! I went to the podiatrist to get fitted for inserts they came back 2 months later and they give me no support at all. I had to send them back to redo them. 600.00 and they sucked. Bought these hoping they would help as I'm waiting on my inserts to be redone from dr's., and they did!! They could hug my arches a little more, as I have really high arches. But the pain has gone down since wearing these.Next time I will save my insurance and just buy these off Amazon.

These are a good fit, supportive and very comfortable. I like that on the bottom of each, in the right hand corner it tells you which side, left or right, that they go in. I have tried many other insoles and I like that they make my shoes more comfortable to wear. I like the feel and support and that they come with a guarantee. Theses are hard but feel very good on your feet. These are a good alternative to expensive insoles.

When I first tried these they were too good to be true, such amazing support but please be aware, after prolonged use my back, knees and thighs started to ache. Took me awhile to figure out the problem. These things are very hard, with no give and I was also jogging with them in my sneakers. I am throwing them out and getting softer, supports with some cushion. Hoping the ache will subside soon so that I can get back to my workouts. Think carefully how long you leave these in.

Nice looking and trendy design . Very comfortable and soft, but also very breathable . The quality and comfort exceeded my expectations. I have severely flat feet. I have tried all of the other otc inserts, These inserts are far superior, and less expensive!

I like that they are not the whole entire footbed, as some of my shoes do not make it easy to remove the footbed that is already within the shoe. This makes it really easy to place right on top and just slip my foot ink, without having to worry about having space for my toes.I can't say anything about pain relief as of yet, They do seem to offer the same height of arch support as my prescription orthodox, but the main reason I purchased them is because my prescription orthodox came with an entire footbed, which made it hard for me to use with other shoes. I has already been sizing a half size up previously just for thicker socks, so having a full size footbed wasn't a winning combination for me at all.I think it will work, but I will update this (if I remember & have the time) about how my feet and overall body feel with these inserts.

I am 40 lbs overweight with extremely high arches and I wore flip flops this summer. I had plantar fasciitis pain so bad it felt like my skin was torn. I got these inserts, threw away the flip flops, and have been half-heartedly doing stretches. My feet are feeling much better. Read in other reviews to wear them under the insoles of my shoes, and it does work great.
