Excellent.I have bradycardia which is normal for me but I get episodes of palpitations so this little gadget just reassures me. It says it’s in sinus Rhythm despite its erratic appearance. But if you cough or move during recording it’s very sensitive. Plus it helps if you have it facing the right way ^I’m not sure what value there is in paying the monthly amount and improved reading you would get. I go for the freebie.

My daughter’s heart rate was low and she did not know until she went to hospital. She now uses this in the morning and night to check herself.

This was recommended by a professional in cardiac health care. Very very easy to set up and use. I know it’s not the same purpose but it’s not intimidating like a blood pressure monitor. (I have white coat syndrome).Just place your thumbs on each end (diagram) of Kardia Mobile. Watch the jagged lines and read results. Highly recommend!!

A little expensive. Not too easy to get a good baseline. Needs practice.

I bought the 6-Lead Kardia. What Kardia / AliveCor do not tell you is that you are forced to share your personal data in order to use the Kardia App at all and you cannot use your device without the App. There is no opt out clause if you want to actually use your device. AliveCor claim your data is anonymized but how can anyone trust a company that forces sharing of personal data and is not clear on the requirements before you purchase the device?In addition, to use the extra features of the 6-Lead device you are required to become a paying member / subscriber. If you are not prepared to pay a monthly fee, you lose the benefit of having the 6-Lead device. So save your money and buy a cheaper device, preferably from a different, more honest company.

Excellent product medical grade is unbelievable and accurate would highly recommend if you take your health seriously. They have done an excellent job in the design and manufacturing of this device.

I have used the KardiaMobile Monitor for several years now. I have also paid a yearly subscription for the advanced determination. The standard KM worked well as long as I had a Normal Sinus Rhythm. But problems began a few months ago when it started reading Atrial Fibrillation. I submitted the reading to Advanced Determination", and atrial fibrillation was confirmed by the cardiac technician. However, when I showed the rhythm strip to my cardiologist he read "Premature Atrial Contractions." This is an extremely important distinction, as far as treatment and prognosis is concerned. There is no point in having the KM if it gives false positives.HOWEVER, I looked at all other available monitors and decided on the KardiaMobile 6-Lead Monitor. It costs £50 more, and is worth every pence of it. It is simply much more reliable., than the basic KM. It reads NSR when the basic KM reads AFib. (And the cardiologist reads NSR.)I therefore highly recommend the KM 6 lead. I have found the standard single lead KM to be useless. Too many false positives. Sending the strip at £10 a shot for a further reading is also useless. They cannot distinguish PAC from AF. To be fair AliveCor does recommend that a cardiologist read the strip. But why buy a product which gives incorrect readings? Even the Advanced Determination couldn't provide the correct reading.
