First off, the fact that this is a cordless device is super handy! It's so easy to maneuver, it makes using this a breeze! I've subjected my skin to lot's of abuse over the years- way too much sun exposure that has led to dark spots and dullness. After using this weekly for the last few months, I have a renewed sense of confidence and am smiling a lot more! A friend that I hadn't seen for a while accused me of reverse aging!I have also found that my serums and potions last a lot longer and are absorbed into my skin much more effectively. Love love love!

Update- I had to throw this out after a month because it would not hold a charge for more than 10 seconds. Garbage.This product is awful. It does not hold a charge at all. The first two times I used it, it was fine, but it lost time after each use even when I charged it. Also, the filters are very awkward to replace and don't seem very effective. I'm very disappointed.

I knew this wasn’t going to remove blackheads but I wanted to try it anyway. It does deep clean the pores and does a nice job of exfoliating. The suction power is strong so be careful because it can upset and even break capillaries. Even though I don’t love it I will continue to use it for exfoliation and deep cleansing. I use it after I steam my face for 10 - 15 minutes. Good for in between professional facials.

so i’ve used this tool once so far to give my face time to heal and see results and i can say my face does feel less textured plus its super easy to use!

I had a similar device years ago to address a problem I was having with blackheads on the sides of my nose. It worked and I had not experienced a reoccurrence, so a few years ago I disposed of the device, since it was corded and clumsy to use. Well now the blackheads have returned and while researching devices to address the problem I found this. It is easy to use, since it is cordless and is very effective at removing the blackheads. Very pleased with this purchase!

I wasn't expecting such visible results after the 1st use! I don't have acne or blackheads but I do have enlarged pores and fine lines. I can't believe how much less visible my pores and lines are. I have very fair skin and used the next to highest setting. My skin was a little red but it went away overnight. My skin is Super soft and pores are practically invisible. If you follow the instructions you will have no problem, just keep it moving on your skin. This product is hands down the best purchase I have made in a long time. I highly recommend buying this device, you won't be disappointed.

This item is everything they say it is! Update: I'm so disappointed. I love this product but the charging issue is real. I don't understand why the replacement worked once but will not turn on again! It has a full charge, green light, but nothing happens when I push the power button. I really wanted this to be a regular part of my routine since I can tell how beneficial it is for my skin. The power issues are a deal breaker. I'm returning it (again) and will look for a similar product.Before: So far I've only used the lowest power with the diamond head and extractor head, but the results are obvious. My trouble spots are the sides of my nostrils and my chin from lower lip corners to jawline having large pores, whiteheads and orange peel skin. I've had facials of different sorts so I know what to expect from exfoliation and extraction. This item delivers. I used it in front of a high magnification mirror and was able to see the whiteheads being pulled out. I'm going slow with the power so as not to irritate my skin until I'm used to it, but I can't wait to see how I look over time. I'm really happy with this item. I did one thing wrong, I failed to read the instructions before using. I should have charged it for 24 hours before using but didn't which led me to think it was defective and I asked for a replacement. My bad, sorry. With the replacement I read the instructions and could not be happier with this product! It's easy to use, has great power, lightweight and easy to hold. I'm hoping my 5 star review makes up for the trouble of returning the original, that was totally my fault. I highly recommend this item!
