I will be 54 this year and am NOT going through menopause yet. Without getting into all my personal health details.......All hormones except for testosterone are normal levels of a 40 year old. I bought the maximum strength+energy and another for weight mgmnt before. This one is not near as effective as the others at controlling night sweats and hot flashes. Probably will not buy it again.

This product always works well without any side effects of hormone replacement therapy. Product arrived quickly and in good shape

Works well for the mood swings. I have been using this for about a month and my mood is less depressed and much more even than it was before. I don't suffer from hot flashes that much but I haven't had any hot flashes either. I really like how much my mood has lifted in the past month and I will keep using these in the future.
