Product is good but the least I expected was a small booklet explaining the connections at the back of the unit and where one has to connect the incoming and outgoing wires. What are the 4 slots at the extreme right of the connector panels ? Are they to be connected anywhere or just to be left open ? Moreover there is no explanation of the working of the yellow toggle switch at the back of the unit. I hope the manufacturer understands the difficulty of the customer - it is like saying “DO IT YOUR SELF”Dr Prashant Pargaonkar

The product is good. Packaging is superb. One thing to note is that it's heavy duty and so the fan doesn't stop and is quite loud especially during nighttime. For anyone considering to buy this, have a separate soundproof room or place to store it

After sales and service is pathatic.

Everything works perfectly well.The connections on the rear panel differs from the website description. The change over switch and output connection port are different.

Inverter is good and robust but I am very much disappointed by the answers given by different sellers that the inverter can run 1hp submersible pump. I purchased the item as per those comments. But it is unable to run 1hp submersible pump and become overloaded even when only submersible pump is run on it, keeping all other appliances off. My bad luck.........

Works well but it’s too noisy.similar inverters are silent compared with this. It conforms to it's tagline BINA DEISEL KA GENERATOR by sounding the same.
