Q: What is the expiration date?

On the outer container (the box) the expiration date is 11/25. However, there is no expiration date on the container with the capsules. You have to decide for yourself if you are ok with this. I personally don't feel comfortable. I used this product for many years and I do recommend it. This is the first time that I getting a product without expiration date on the container itself.

Q: Wondering if the ingredients changed--my bottle says cassia fistula as first ingredient someone posted rheum?

Ingredients: Rheum, fennel, psyllium plantain, seed flax, prune, figs, tamarind, hpmc capsule. Exp Date 02/2025

Q: Is it possible you or someone else know the amount of carbohydrates in each pill?

The amount is very insignificant. The capsules contain the active ingredients found in the following medicinal herbs: Tibetan Rhubarb, Fennel, Psyllium, Flax seeds, plums, figs and Tamarind extract.
