What you see is what you get. A fine piece of aluminum. Was easy to cut down with my jigsaw (with a blade intended for metal, aluminum, and steel)

Use - used as a scabbard for my boat.(It’s like the Rudder for the boat/ protects the prop from rocks)Metal held up well, minor scrapes from my adventures on the waters and the summer droughts changing water depth.Welded well and has no cracking on the weld line.

The part met expectations. Edges could have been filed a little so they were not quite so sharp.

Very clean, well packed for shipping. The corners had had hard plastic corners on it to protect it if it were to get dropped on an end or edge. Wrapped in a protective film so there was no oxidation. It is a bit expensive but I couldn't find anything in this size near me so I mark it up to the cost of shipping and handling. It's exactly what I was expecting.

Excellent stock, machines wonderfullyEven though it's advertised in imperial units, it's actually metric so it's slightly off from imperial, but I do all my designing and machining in metric, so this is a big win for meIf for some reason you need to use every thou, then keep in mind this was 6mm thick, which is about 2-3 sheets of paper thinner than 1/4th of an inch

It's an aluminum plate. minus 1 star because it'd shorter then 6" x 12" But I knew that going in....

I measured the plates after I got them because I saw a few reviews with people saying they weren’t quite 6”x12”. From what I measured, they seem to be within spec. Yes there is a slight burr on each side, but that’s going to happen when you cut metal. The cuts appear to be pretty good and straight too.
