I got this to correct my posture, but instead of fixing a minor problem, it created a bigger one. It ended up hurting my back worse than it has ever been, I could hardly bend over for days after use. Also it is not comfortable to wear at all - no matter how I adjusted the straps it dug into me and created a rash from movement. I thought it may just be me, so I had my boyfriend try it, but had the same results.

The product works. I felt it straighten my shoulders which I don't do well. They are pretty rounded and hopefully over time will improve. I might update results at a later point. I am pleased with the product and cost.

I do not dislike this product, it just didn't fit me properly. I really needed one with full back support.

Ive decided that I would rather have poor posture than have to figure out how to put this on. Looks nothing like the picture instructions (or I am an alien) LOL Save your money!

It's concept is good but another one of those things that's good on paper but fails in real life. The length only reach your upper back when i extended to maximum length. Its hard to put on without another person's help as it gets stuck very easily.

Its too loose n if i tighten it my hands get tingly. Either it does nothing for my back or it caus3s problem w blood flow. Not a good fit.
