The media could not be loaded.  I love how well made the waterfall is. I love that they send you plenty of incense to burn. I love that it even comes with a little doily to sit it on. The stick incense smells soooooo good, but the cones all smell the same to me! They mix all of them in together so I can't smell any individual smells from them. The cone incense also burn really fast. I have burned 4 of them now and they all have burned up within 10 minutes. Other than those few issues the price and well built product is a nice buy.

Overall, the incense burner is aesthetically pleasing and creates a beautiful waterfall effect with the smoke, provided that you are in a breeze-free environment. Almost as relaxing as watching an aquarium full of fish. I must however subtract one star for the incense that it comes with, and the ensuing work that followed. That was the worst smelling incense ever and words fail me in an attempt to describe it other than burning something that should not be burned unless you're exorcising demons. I therefore bought cone incense that I knew to smell good and proceeded to use a power drill to put holes in them. They worked just like the ones that came with the incense burner and considering how absolutely vile that stuff smelled, was well worth the effort. The incense burner lives up to its name but get your own incense.

I got this as a gift for my mum and she really loved it. She had been wanting one for a while. It is a good size, she loved the little decorations that came with it like the leaves and doily that goes underneath. The only thing she didn't realize it there can be no breeze anywhere at all or the smoke doesn't travel down like it should. Ex she has a ceiling fan in the opposite room as the burner and when the fan is even on low in the other room the smoke won't travel down the burner correctly.

Everything was perfect until I seen this chip. I can tell the chip was done pre-glaze because chip that fell off was inside the incense burner with the glaze over it. I wanted to exchange it to have a new one sent to me soon as possible as it was a Christmas present but Amazon doesn’t give that option. Understandable. The incense it came with doesn’t smell all that great. Overall I loved the product but super bummed out that I now have to give the gift with a chip in it.

My granddaughter started buying incenses, so when I first seen the waterfall incense burner I knew what I was going to give her for Christmas. She loves it so much. She said she loves the way the smoke goes down and puts a comforting oder in the house. She also loves the smells that the incense have as well. What a fantastic gift. I bought a number of different ones to give as gifts also but I haven't heard from anyone to make more comments. Thank you so much for the fast delivery. The media could not be loaded.  I love my burner! I ordered yesterday and got it today. It came packaged very well and It does exactly what it is supposed to. The cones do burn kind of fast as 1 cone seems to burn for only 5 or 6 mins. They do smell amazing! They also put out this weird kind of gunk and it needs to be wiped clean after every cone is burned to ensure the small hole dont get blocked. Its best ti have it placed in a space with not much airflow as it disrupts the smoke. Overall im very happy

This thing is so cool! I’ve seen videos of this and knew I had to get one. I searched and decided to buy from this seller because of the value of the extras included. The packaging is very nice! Even when not in use the burner is still nice for display. It’s very soothing to watch as the incense burns and flows down the burner. You have to use the incense cones that have the hole in the bottom for the flow to work correctly. Also, any air flow near the burner while in use will interrupt the flow so make sure to turn off ceiling fans and try to not walk past since the air movement from your walking will also cause interruptions. Definitely satisfied with this purchase; would make a great gift for family or friends.

First, I'd like to say that I noticed right off the bat that the product that I had seen advertised, and I'd ordered as blue, was not blue. There were no directions, or anything letting me know what the different parts in the box were for. I'm still very unclear as to what the leaves in there are for, but, they were in there. Also, the smoke from it doesn't waterfall really at all, it goes the way that I thought it would-straight up. The scents of the insense are nice, I just wish that the waterfall thing was actually blue as ordered, and would waterfall as advertised. If someone has a clue as to how to make this happen-I'd sure welcome it, and I guess if I really want it blue as I ordered, I can paint it that way.
