Martha White lemon Poppyseed Muffin Mix.
My husband and I love these muffins. Used to buy them all the time at our grocery store. Haven’t been able to find them anywhere in about a year. Was very glad to find them on line. They were a bit more expensive then what I was paying in the stores, but worth it.

Disappointed I can’t get chocolate chocolate chip muffin mix. I
I add cocoa to the mix but I don’t care for the flavor as well. However the Grandkids don’t complain.

We totally enjoy this one! Lemony, moist, fresh tasting Poppy Seeds. Yes, would probably be better totally home made but hey, I can use 1/2 cup of milk, this mix and be eating this is probably 20 minutes. Also, most of the time I make this as a quick bread in a loaf pan. I do that with a lot of my muffin mixes..just have to see how long it takes your oven to bake the loaf version. No, there are no instructions for doing it that way. LOL, maybe it's a secret or not recommended..works for me tho :)

This stuff doesn't hold a candle to a homemade muffin made from scratch, but you can't beat the convenience of a mix -- especially one that only requires you add milk.To my taste, what comes out is a little to sweet, a little too dense, and a little too much like foam rubber in texture. It's not bad, it's just not everything a muffin fresh out of the oven could be. On the other hand the kids can throw a muffin tin full of the stuff into the toaster oven for breakfast before school, so I'll definitely buy another case of these.

Much sweeter than expected but very good. I will definitely purchase again
As you can see from the photos I baked in a pie dish instead of a muffin pan. I doubled the recipe and used two packets with a cup of milk, which took about 15 minutes to bake in my countertop oven. I was surprised it actually had so many blueberries in the mix as you can see from the second photo. I was considering adding fresh blueberries and still might do that next time, but it wasn't necessary. Served with butter and it was delicious. Much sweeter than expected but very good. I will definitely purchase again.
