Doesn't Catch Flies
I don't know how the other reviewers on this product manged to make it catch ordinary house flies but my unit certainly didn't catch one in two days. My house has many bluebottles and smaller house flies buzzing around daily, they even landed on the casing of this zapper but not one was zapped by it. After 48hrs of operation the bug tray was empty and I had to resort to the usual fly spray. This zapper is useless and I will be returning it!

Hopefully a fly-free kitchen in summer 2019
I have already had one fly killer in the kitchen of my restaurant. Bought this one for the other side of the kitchen to make sure flies got no where to hide. I hang it close to the back door to the kitchen so it is more effective to catch flies before they fly into the kitchen. It is smaller in size take up less space. So far it works great!

looks nice but useless
pros:-looks awesomeeasy clean traycons:-short cable lengthhumming from fandoesn't attract or kill filesif u want a noisy night light its lovely, if u want a fly zapper, find another model led lights don't attract files unsure if it can zap them as they fly right by.

Doesn't work
The headline says it all. Doesn't work on house flies. At least 2 other reviewers say the same thing. Returned for refund. Not convinced it is a genuine UV light.

Kills moths not flies
A big disappointment as it mainly kills moths not flies. After a month owning this item, it has only really killed a few bugs that are foolish enough to take a rest on the Bug Zapper's bars. This item is not effective as an insect and fly zapper. It should be called the Hug Zapper as it spreads light and love not death and darkness. Back to the trusted fly swat of eternal pain.

Useless
I had this plugged in and standing in a prominent place in the kitchen (not a big space) and left it on day and night. Didn't kill a single fly. It's now unplugged and confined to the garage.

Don’t bother if you want something for houseflies
States will catch flies but unit only talks about mosquitos. Can’t comment on its effectiveness with mosquitos as we don’t have them in central UK but useless with houseflies. Didn’t catch a single one in a whole week.

Useless waste of time
Totally out performed by a jam jar of wine vinegar. Jam jar full of dead flies, they appeared to enjoy climbing inside the bug killer. Don't waste your money it's going back
