I bought this pitcher a while ago for making sweet tea. I wanted to wait on writing a review to make sure it got the abuse I typically give things. Well, it works perfectly. I add the sugar, pour boiling water into it and place my tea bags. I let it sit until the tea is ready then add ice (while it's still hot) and then put it into the fridge. I have never had any issues. I have even banged it around while taking in and out of the fridge a few times and it's still going strong. I really love the lid feature, which I didn't know about when I purchased. There are two lids, an outer lid and an inner lid, which opens on it's own when you pour. What a great design and it is a really nice looking piece of glass. Thank you for a great product at such a great price.

I’m very pleased with this pitcher. I was looking for an attractive pitcher to encourage me to drink more water. Every morning I fill it to its 68 oz. capacity, sit it on the counter, and hope to complete it by bedtime. But, oh no, I found my cat drinking out of my old, open top pitcher! Then found this Purefold, with its easy to use, unique lid. Works perfectly.

This pitcher Lid is very inventive. It has rubber to hold it very snug against the glass and there is another lid piece that goes into the other lid piece and when you tip the pitcher it lets the liquid out. I’m very impressed with the quality and It’s easy to use.

Saw one of these at a family's house and thought it worked great and looked nice. Bought one and enjoy using it for just about any drinks. Looks great, feels sturdy and doesn't pour out your ice in the pitcher.Only thing I have to say is that cleaning is a bit of a challenge or getting lemon slides out. Just use tongs or skewers to get those out which wasn't too hard.Would recommend this is you are looking for something nice to have for your tea, water, lemonade, etc. for everyday or event use.

An elegant, drip free pitcher that's easy to clean.

I typically add lemons and mint to my water - the problem with using pitchers is that it leaves a residual taste of these in plastic pitchers even after you wash … so I bought this, because glass pitchers do better with cleaning out and no residue taste of what was in it prior. I love the lid and how it doesn’t have to be removed to pour. Its handle is comfortable to hold and it looks great too. I will buy another as a backup.

I have only had this product for a week but so far am very pleased. I can put my teas bags in the pitcher and add the hot water. I especially like the lid which keeps my tea fresh in the refrigerator and when I am ready to pour the lid lets the tea out with out removal of the lid. Great concept. So far so good.
