Wow, I just have to say I am really pleased with these wrist braces. After a wrist injury last week, my ortho doc offered me their version of this kind of thing but it was bulky, bigger, convoluted with laces ... I said no thanks, I'll use my inline skate wrist guards. I bought the left hand one first, and then immediately bought the right as well, for future use when I'm working with wrist-challenging power tools. These are very comfortable, almost sleek, but very study and supportive.Regarding size, reading peoples' input, I ordered the L/XL and I'm glad I did. I have a slender wrist (I am female) and while my hands aren't tiny (I wear a 7.5 glove), they aren't "man hands" either. These fit perfectly. Very pleased, and very grateful for some support for my hard-working wrists!

Works great. The material and interior strip helps it breath so it doesn’t get hot at all. Great balance of bracing and flexibility where you need it. I’ve worn it for several days straight, slept in it, went to the gym in it, and it doesn’t even smell a little. Highly recommend.(I can’t speak specifically to carpal tunnel, as I got mine because I hurt my wrist being a pro athlete and totally not just going after a pickleball while playing with my in-laws. But it seems great for all issues.)

I bought this to immobilize my wrist after hurting it while clearing the ice off my driveway. It seems to be fairly well made, but as others have noted there are fit and sizing issues with it.For reference, I'm 6'-1" tall, 200 lb, and my wrist is about 8" around (if it helps, I wear a size L golf glove <grin>). According to the sizing guidance, it sounded like I could possibly use either size, but I chose the Large / X-Large based on the reviews, and as I've tried to show in the second pic, there is only maybe 1/2" to spare on the wrist strap, so if your wrist is much larger than 8" this brace may not fit you. I cannot find any marking on the brace itself, so it's possible that a Small / Medium brace was placed into my Large / X-Large packaging, but based on other reviews I don't think that's the case.Regarding fit, it feels sorta small overall, consistent with the above comments, and the thumb opening doesn't fit my hand correctly (see the circled area in the first pic). I tried wearing it while sleeping last night but my thumb became irritated and I had to remove it after about 5 hrs.Having said all that, the brace is comfortable to wear for a few hours at a time, is reasonably easy to put on and remove, and it functions well at preventing me from moving the wrist in ways that cause pain. I've used it for a day now, so I'm not going to return it, and given the price and apparent build quality, I feel like it is closer to 4 stars than 3.

They are super comfortable, and they work well for daytime use. They are more sleek and I can type on my laptop, use my phone, etc when I wear them. Great for daytime, and comfy enough I can wear them for sleeping at night as well, I do prefer ones with padded palms for nighttime though overall. I don't have a problem sleeping in these though.The size runs small though. I barely fit the measurement for the smaller size and got those, and then when they came, they didn't fit. The larger size did fit me though, and I use them regularly. They're easy to wash.Just be aware there is a return policy on the righthand brace, but not the lefthand brace. Kinda funky, but kinda makes sense I guess.

After a year of a painful wrist after a bicycle accident it turned out I had a fractured wrist bone that was not healing. I tried this wrist brace on in the store and it felt so good I didn't even take it off before paying for it - I just carried the empty box to the register wearing the brace! I purchased another style as well, but I liked this brace better than the other because it provided different levels if flexibility just by tightening or loosening the velcro straps. It could be very restrictive (my preference) or not so much. I would loosen it at night and tighten it during the day. It was very comfortable and after a few days I barely noticed I had it on. Of course the lack of wrist pain was a big plus, too.After a 3 months using the brace as a sort of wrist cast I was able to stop using it. So it did what it was supposed to do - restrict my wrist movement so healing could occur.It says hand-wash, but I just threw mine in the machine with no problems. The brace showed almost no wear after 24-hr use for three months. It is very well made.- It is sized small, so get the size larger than you think you will need.- The metal stiffener on the top of the hand wasn't long enough for me and allowed too much upward wrist movement. I fixed it, but the manufacturer should make it a bit longer in my opinion. But as-is it allows more freedom of movement and many may prefer that.- The thumb hole needs to be enlarged by the manufacturer or moved forward, as it rubs on the inside of the thumb and can be irritating after wearing the brace for long periods. Just loosen the velcro strap.

I got this for a painful wrist, which was later diagnosed as tendonitis. The brace looks good, is comfortable, and easy to get on and off. However, it is lacking an upper rib support, which allows too much freedom of movement. After going to urgent care, they gave me another, more substantial brace, which had rib support on both top an bottom of wrist and it made a big difference. This one may be OK for minor sprains, but I needed better support for my injury.

Helps with my wrist paid. I like the green cloth peice that keeps the velcro off my wrist. It is a good value for the money, plus it was a little cheaper that the identical item at my local store. Size and thickness are sufficient, making it an effective pain reliever.
