Bought to replace a remote that had cracked in half due to someone sitting on it (not me)The original remote we had was different ot this, but the description said it would work with our TV so decided on it.Worked perfectly fine first use, all buttons work, even the Netflix button which never works properly on the original.5/5* for this, decent budget remote, solid build and reliable, would happily buy again if the other half decides if this one is comfortable to sit on as well.

Perfect, this remote works brilliantly with my Hitachi smart TV, all the buttons work as they shud and it feels comfortable in ur hand. My only gripe with this product is that it feels a little brittle and it wud easily break if it was dropped but I'v no intention of that happening so I give it 5*s. It controls Netflix +YouTube at the touch of a button and easily controls online

It was magical I didnt even need to set it up it just connected to my tv straight away. Ideal as my previous remote stopped working.

The media could not be loaded. Not very often you get an item the same as the one that broke, in this case an identical remote control for my Hitachi TV.Perfect.

I have a Hitachi tv and like it, however it's remote was rubbish, (button sensors wear out within weeks) I bought a like for like remote and that too wore out in weeks!! I therefore decided to chance this one even though it's not listed as being compatable but it works a treat! Does what it's meant to and delivered fast. Very happy bunny
