So far so good!
Arrived in good condition. Early days as to how much iodine I am getting from the kelp. I am pleased they are easy to swallow. I can't bear the aniseed flavour but I suppose because they are made from kelp there has to be an overpowering flavour to disguise the kelp taste.

Very goodI have seen a significant difference since using them.If your having issues such as thyroid, hair loss, acne, sweating. Give it a go!I going to try a higher dose next time.
