Very high quality product. TINY grains!
I'm impressed with the quality. Considering how tiny the grains are, the bag contains just Amaranth grains, no chaff or sediment or random other seeds.I mainly use Amaranth as a healthy addition to mixed porridge dishes such as grits and congee. I love the texture it adds as well as balancing and enhancing the nutrition profile of other grains like rice, corn, or quinoa.

Very well packaged and good quality for the money. Tastes good and gives a good protein boost for a grain product. Packaging keeps the contents fresh. Glad I tried this.
