It did not specify it had to be a positive review, but my review was, as you can see below, very positive. I received my free pillow this week. It has a slightly different design, but it will be fun testing them both out on our next flight.I bought three different types of head supports to try out for an upcoming overseas flight. This travel pillow beat the competition by far! I almost didn’t order it for two reasons. I thought it would be a pain to blow up, and I thought it would be too bulky even when deflated. First, it proved very easy to inflate. As for bulk, when stored in it’s handy tote (and everything folded up and packed in easily!), it is smaller and weighs less than the traditional neck pillows that are so popular. TIP: Attach the soft cover before inflating the pillow. I tried doing it the other way around and couldn’t make it fit properly.

Let's talk about the ideal perfect pillow. First of all, it definitely needs to be comfortable for those long flights BUT it needs to be compact so it doesn't take up too much space during the rest of the trip and can resurface for the flight home. This travel pillow fits the bill, AND it's next-generation design is an improvement on the first generation of these inflatable pillows which were already pretty awesome in themselves. The fact that this model can unsnap and open up into a back rest makes it ideal for post-tourist activities back at the hotel when your back needs a bit of a break. PLUS this travel pillow comes with its own (compact) carry case, slipcover, eye covers and ear plugs if you need them. The bottom line is we will never take a plane trip without this travel pillow.

I’m so excited to use this on my flights traveling across the globe. I find it almost impossible to sleep sitting straight up and always want to lean forward on long flights. I haven’t used it on a flight yet but I tested it out by sitting in a chair and wanted to fall asleep instantly. I was worried it would be too short and would hurt my neck to lean so far down but it doesn’t at all. There is no weird smell. It was easy to inflate and it seems to hold the air. Also easy to deflate. The soft covering for where you lie your face is very soft and a nice touch. Fast shipping. All around very happy and excited to use this on my flights! *Update: I slept for about 8 hours on a 16 hour flight with this baby!

I am very pleased with this travel pillow. It is a great size but really easy to blow up (and deflate) since it has a wide mouth. I hate those travel pillows that make you feel dizzy bc they take forever to get to the right size, and trickle air out slowly when you need to deflate! I found the angle of my back to be comfortable - I think I can stay in this position for a while. I have a very long flight coming up (~14 hours) and I think this pillow will be far superior to one of those neck pillows. The cover is a nice complement as well, very soft on the face. Overall, very happy with this.

I wish I had a chance to actually use this before my dog decided it was his new toy, and popped it. I will be ordering a replacement when I get closer to my trip. Just the little time I tried it at home, I think I will have a nice rest on my overnight flight next month. It was very easy to inflate, and I have troubles with balloons. The soft cover felt very nice on my face. It did smell like plastic when I first opened it, but the smell was gone after a couple hours.

I’ll update the review after our 16 hour flight to Singapore, but it seems good for now! It could be a little more supportive, I’ll try blowing it up even more!

This travel pillow offers so much more comfort than a standard neck pillow - I purchased it for a long flight overseas. The only complaint I have is the soft cover is hard to get on.

While I haven’t used this on a flight, I’ve inflated it and tested it out in a chair. It is easy to blow up with either my mouth or a hair dryer. The soft cloth attaches with Velcro easily for a softer place to put my face. I can gently lean into the open space and it doesn’t hurt my neck or shoulders. I’m sure putting this on the tray table with be a great way to sleep on an overseas flight later this fall.
