Love the vest as it is rock solid and high ...
Needed to add weight to my dumbbell leg workouts. Love the vest as it is rock solid and high quality. In regard to the lack of instruction on the waist belt, it seems very easy to Velcro to back and quickly tighten in the front. Easy to add or subtract weights, 3# adjustment is small enough for adjustments, no sand to worry about spilling. Highly recommend!

Best comfort and quality.
Very well built for comfort and adjustability. This vest will improve strength, stamina and balance when properly used. It’s expensive but it has quality all around it. Highly recommend it.

bottom line: amazing product
the only thing bad about this weight vest is it’s velcro, if the straps were tighter by a buckle or the sorts it’d be way easier to adjust and put on quickly. other than that this product is amazing if you are into calisthenics, it’s easy to adjust weight and is pretty flexible for different grips on the bar.

Straps should maybe be reinforced
So I bought my wieght March of 2019 and I was happy with the vest. I’ve been using my vest for walking on the stair master 3 to 5 times a week since then and the Velcro strap are coming off in May and kinda a pain to keep the 90 lb vest tight against my body now.I will say that I’ve been losing weight and getting a hell of a work out with the 90lb short vest.I’ll attach a pictures.
