back pain support
this was a gift for my dad. right now, this chair gives him the best support and comfort with his chronic back pain.

Chair received isn't what was ordered.
The chair that we received is different than the one shown -- bait and switch.The chair he received doesn't have much padding. The padding is too firm and isn't as "plush" as the pictures and there is no removable lumbar pillow.In addition, ordered a chair that is rated for 350 lbs and the chair he received is only rated for 265 lbsI did not have a good experience with the seller and maker of the chair, Julyfox (see seller profile for details). If my son didn't desperately need a chair and after having wasted over 3 weeks being lied to by this seller in terms of shipping delays, I would return it.So yeah -- it will have to do the job for now until I can afford to replace the chair but I definitely do not recommend this chair or this seller.[LCAR]
