Carbs straight to your blood stream
This brand never disappoint!I am Italian and I do love carbs and this is the perfect product if you want to enjoy carbs and not worry too much (of course everything comes with balance and you need to follow a diet).I take 3 caps with a main meal and I don’t experience indigestion, bloating and other discomforts. Muscles feel fuller because you have dm the feeling those carbs are going straight there

These were absolutely amazing I didn't think they were going to work as well as they did, they allow you to push past your limit, I take three in the morning with a high protein milkshake and then take another milkshake and another 3 an hour before I go to the gym LOVE THEM

For me personally caused joint pain and made me bloat quite a lot. Might just be my body’s reaction but clearly not a side effect I wanted
