WiltonExcelle Elite Non-Stick Tart and Quiche Pan with Removable Bottom, 9-Inch

I bought this on a whim to make a dessert I saw on Instagram - it was a great purchase. Very well priced, washed nicely and, best of all, worked perfectly. I am now trying to come up with more ways to use it. It’s just that good!

I used this pan to make a chocolate peanut butter pie, and it turned out beautifully. The crust of the pie held its shape well after removal from the pan, and it was really easy to take the pie out of the pan. It was the perfect size for the recipe (I bought this specifically for the recipe), and it held up well in the dishwasher when I was too lazy to hand wash it. It seems quite sturdy and well-made. I really like the heart shape, and while I have only used it once, I know I'll definitely use it again and again.

I purchased this pan for making a lemon tart, after using a ceramic pie pan several times. Wow, what a difference! This pan yields great results each time. I've had no issues with leaks. The nonstick coating works well and holds up to use and hand washing. I even purchased one for my mother.

Nice quality, am really happy with the pan overall. The removable bottom is a super plus. I was worried about leakage but did not see any. Nicely done.

The pan was perfect and worked as expected. The nonstick surface is slick and crust could be removed without issue.
