Please read entire review for rating change. 3 stars for product & 5 stars for customer service = 4 stars.I am probably being a little harsh on my review of these pillows but they just aren't what I expected. I guess they are a pretty good value for the price but based on a lot of the reviews I had higher hopes.Pillows are nice, don't get me wrong but I find them a little disappointing in several areas. For queen sized pillows they just seem small to me and somewhat under-filled. I have a set of feather and down pillows that are Macy's brand that I have had for many years. I believe they are an 80/20 blend (20% down fill with 80% feather) and are a firm pillow for back/side sleepers. I think they were around $100 each suggested retail but were as usually happens on sale 50% off. Based on that price I felt they should compare to these Aikoful pillows. Unfortunately they do not. My Macy's pillows were perfect. When plumped they were super thick and when you would lay your head on them it was like sinking into a cloud ... it would sort of cradle your head and be nice and puffy all around. They never went flat, just sort of let you sink into them. OK I REALLY LOVE those pillows. After years of cleaning and daily use they needed to be replaced. I first checked Macy's and they no longer have this exact pillow so I decided to try shopping at Amazon. These seemed close so I decided to give them a try. They are not bad as I said but just not what I want. I am probably super picky about my pillow.Final analysis: did not plump as much and I like, tended to flatten too quickly when sleeping overnight on them, doesn't seem to have the correct fill blend for my needs. My husband says they are fine and we are keeping them .. however, Macy's now has their pillows at 50% off and I will try theirs again. The ones I am going to get are at a much higher price point but I realize that this is one area I am willing to spend the extra money on. You cannot put a price on a good nights sleep.Edit 12/8/17: I have increased my review from 3 stars to 4 based on Aikoful Customer Service. After my 3 star review was published they reached out to me to see what they could do to make me a satisfied customer. They advised they stand behind their product and want customers to be completely satisfied. WOW. I have never had another vendor contact me after a 3 star review - so good for you Aikoful. I am completely satisfied with the resolution. I have made no changes to my actual review of the product and as I stated in my review and again to the vendor I am a VERY picky pillow customer. I like what I like and am not willing to compromise. That being said my product review still a 3 and customer service a 5 = 4 stars overall.Thanks!

I am a very picky pillow person and always bring the pillows off my bed when I go to hotels. I have gone through every kind of down, shredded foam, etc. and little makes me happy pillow-wise. My Pillow felt like sleeping on small soft rocks, but rocks The best I found was a $300 firm down pillow from Hotel Collection at Macy's. After 5 years they just weren't holding up so I bought two of the same at Macy's online. Problem was, the quality was way down from when i initially purchased them five years earlier and they weren't great anymore. I bought these Aikoful for the heck of it, knowing perfectly well I would not be happy and they'd be returned. It's been nearly a week, and I have not returned them. These pillows are fantastic. They're firm without feeling resistance like there's a rock under your head. It holds the position all night. Reading the tag it says they're 15 percent down. I don't know what the rest is, but I know they're extremely comfortable. I got the king size with the higher count of down.

Over the years I have gone through several pillows and generally settle on one that is just OK . Have always preferred a feather pillow in the ability to shape it as desired and this pillow allows you to do just that. I chose the firm 42oz queen as I tend to stack two pillows when staying in hotels and have in the past added stuffing to a pillow that wasn't quite firm enough. Out of the box I found this pillow to be one of my favorites and one month later I think it has gotten better. My only complaint would be the cover was initially a little stiff and I wish they had washed/ broken in the cover before filling it, but it has softened over time. To address some other comments in the reviews, I have not experienced any unusual smells with the pillow. This is not a down pillow which do tend to be softer and fluffy but is a feather pillow which is firmer and holds the shape you put it in better than down pillows I've tried in the past. I don't want to imply this is a hard pillow, your head will sink into it but you can mold it and control how far down you will sink. I would buy these pillows again without a second thought and may buy another set in case they are not available when the next time comes that I need a new pillow. Bottom line is if you find most pillow to flat and you like the firmness and malleability of feather pillows you will probably like this one.

Ive spent years trying and switching pillows. I’ve not found one like this: very moldable and squishy while lying down, WITHOUT being flat or thin in areas.Oddly, the pillow retains its shape when not lying on it- i still need to work the pillowcases on like I do for thicker pillows.It’s not a miracle cure-all for neck pain- no pillow is. I do wake up with a stiff neck sometimes if I’ve slept on my back a lot during the night- but that’s happened my whole life with every pillow. It’s a lot less than with those memory foam pillows. However, I mostly sleep on my side. Perfect for side sleeping!

Large, heavy Goose Down pillows that work great for the side sleeper. Not so much for the back sleeper as they raise my head so my chin is in my chest. I solve this problem by having two pillows on my bed; one thin and this pillow.When I first purchased this pillow there was a soft crackling sound when I put my head on it or turned but this quickly disappeared.There was NO "barnyard" smell to these pillows when they first arrived and now, after a couple of months of usage there is still NO bad odor.Good pillows with a great price.

Very soft pillows! Real feather inside. I used to have insomnia but this pillow makes me sleep well. Very good quality and will come back again definitely!
