Great when you need to relieve stress on the cord and plug.
Just installed today and it's working great so far. Relieves the stress from a horizontal plug in with a tool stand putting pressure on cord. This solves that in spades. Doesn't feel cheap, everything is well made, the plug can be rotated in any direction you want but just make sure to follow the directions, which are very clear on the length of the wires and in what direction.
