I have been making a tea of fresh ginger, lemons, pepper, powdered turmeric and black pepper to drink for the past 3 yrs or so and doing this daily to help with inflammation for rheumatoid arthritis.... a pain to do everyday to say the least! I researched easier ways to get enough curcumin with maximum absorption to reduce inflammation and this was in the top 5. I’m feeling great and this is soooooo much easier in pill form than making the tea every day, not to mention I wasn’t getting nearly enough curcumin in the tea to actually make a difference! The only reason I didn’t give five stars is because I haven’t taken it long enough to see if i continue to feel this way. So far so good👌!

Ordered these for my parents. My dad read about the health benefits about turmeric and started supplementing with the spice kind they sell in bulk at the supermarket. It’s expensive and messy to work with. These are perfect. Easy to take and far less costly. My parents like them.

I have been experiencing systemic joint pain and hand swelling that I had not found effective relief for with Ibuprofen. I have been taking the tumeric for over two weeks now and I have experience a notable improvement in my joint pain. Down to an soreness level. This has not done anything for my hand swelling. I will continue to take because I have found results and it is affordable.

I am trying this product to alleviate some joint pain symptoms, and after reading reviews, I decided to try this brand. I’ve only taken it for 2 weeks - 3 everyday so I can’t give an honest review as yet. All I can tell you is that I have not developed any after effects after taking the pills, and I have not had any additional joint pain problems. This is an early review so I have given 4 stars, but will let you know after a couple of months.

I have been dealing with a bad back for 40 years. After being able to investigate my health problems, I've found out how much inflammation I have, and the workings of turmeric. I have been taking other name brands that come in liquid and pills. But this one is the one that set fire to my homework and has been only short of a true miracle. I have been able to seriously reduce a lot of pain in other areas also. Even though I'm still doing a lot of homework, this one is staying in the wheelhouse because it works for me. I'm back to doing things that I avoided in years past because I was didn't want to exaggerate the pain any worse. Highly recommend for those with inflammation problems. Good for the heart also.

well im 73 and have pains that aren't related anything particular. My big toes were getting real stiff but not exactly like Gout so it thought I would try this for general Joint health. well. my feet feel great and i'm a avid walker so that's nice. I also noticed my neck and shoulders are vary comfortable. I don't know about the brain but i check back if I can remember.:-)

I bought this for relief from arthritis in joints in my hands that I developed from years of playing guitar. Before I starting taking this it was painful to play. Now it is much easier to play without the discomfort I was experiencing.
