I buy a lot of bottled water. My husband and sons think tap water is great but I hate being able to smell all the chemicals in my water before I drink it! Some people will say all bottled water is the same but after trying several different brands I really think this one is best.

Makes my skin soft
The thing I like best about Essentia water is that it makes my skin soft. That tells me it is hydrating better than other water, as drinking tap water or other brands of bottled water does not have the same effect. I've tried going without Essentia, and my skin loses some of its softness and elasticity after a few days. I go back on it, and it starts getting soft again in just three or four days. And that's while only drinking about .75 liter a day. I know that sounds like BS or not scientific or whatever, because skin cells take three or four weeks to be fully replaced. I cannot explain it scientifically. All I know is that Essentia water does in fact make my skin noticeably softer in three to four days. I never want to be without it! I get it at my local Fred Meyer supermarket, $1.99 for the 1.5-liter size, but I buy it by the case to get a 10% discount. I agree with others that this seller is a ripoff, selling the water for way too much - but Essentia water itself is the BEST. Just look around to get the best price.

pH claims inaccurate
I just brought this at Whole Foods. The label claims the pH is 9.5 or higher. I tested it with three different pH strip/ranges and one was 7.0, just like tap water (is supposed to be, anyway), the other 6.4. Tastes fine, but the pH claim isn't accurate.

I am beginning to feel so much better. I drink it throughout the day
I was diagnosed with GERD about 7 months ago. My stomach and my bodily system is very acidic. Since I have been using the Essentia for drinking and cooking, I am beginning to feel so much better. I drink it throughout the day, then when we sit down for a meal, I take one mouthful of the water with a bite of food - especially when I know there is some acidic food we are eating. Everything we eat is acidic in some way, but this can be corrected in our stomach by flushing the acid in the stomach with the Essentia water. I hope this water is always available because it is a gift for this GERD condition. I tested the water and it came back at 9.8.

Ripoff seller! Great water though!
Someone is pulling a scam. This is two bottles for $22 each. Choose the other seller. it's the 24pack for same price.I recommend this water though. Best alkaline water I've had.
