The paint and size exactly matched my 2009 Toyota Camry rear door. Since it was for the rear door, I didn't use the keyhole plastic and re-used the plastic piece that I already had installed.

When I got the door handle I was not sure that I can replace it myself, it was so easy to replace I didn’t even have to take the door apart to do it.
