Love these.
For what they are suppose to do - HELP YOU GET INTO THE RYTHYM OF SLEEP... they work perfectly, and within 30-45 mins.Taste is fine. They re just a strawberry gummy. NOT a candy.I would recommend.

Restful sleep & great taste
I have been using these flavorful 10 mg. gummies for months. Love the taste! Makes you want to eat more than one. Gummies stay soft in the jar for months. Has an expiration date on the label. This purchase does not expire for a year.

Effectively gets me to sleep
These work well for. I take one and within an hour am usually asleep. I have found I need the higher 10 mg dose for melatonin to work for me. I never thought melatonin was effective until I tried the higher dose. I am a nurse who works nights and have noticed the same with patients. The lower doses don't seem to be effective for many patients.

These are my favorite melatonin and they even taste great! They help me sleep and I don’t wake up drowsy. Stopped buying them when they really went up on price.

Wonderful product
I use melatonin because I do not like to take prescription drugs for sleeping. I was using the tables but they started upsetting my stomach. When I started these, I noticed that they seemed to work faster than the tablets. They did leave a little after taste when I first started taking them but I don't even notice it now. My doctor even said this were save to take with the other medications I take. I would highly recommend.
