Pelican 1170 Case With Foam (OD Green)

Finally! A lunch box that will protect my snacks from getting smooshed! Smooshed snacks are a real problem, and in most cases, make them almost impossible to eat without making a mess. The struggle is real…The Pelican 1170, with the pull and pluck and bottom foam removed, keeps my snacks safe and dry. I don’t even have to worry it is gets run over by a car. Best of all, it was on sale which made it cheaper than a Yeti lunchbox that wouldn’t be able to hold up to near the amount of abuse.So, 5 stars for an awesome case that keeps my lunch and snacks safe.

I use this box to protect my two Garmin GPS Maps as I shoot between my Peterbilt and my Chevy Trucks. It has dropped to the pavement, more than once, and my maps are entirely undamaged! It's well worth the money!

This product is highly recommended; however, be sure that the dimensions will work with the item you wish to store. For those interested, this is a perfect case for transporting a subcompact, Glorified G with foam.Other G’s would require a larger pelican case.

Pelican costs more but they are worth it.

The original Pelican line of products cannot be beat. It costs a lot, but it is worth the money. I own a lot of Pelican cases and have not been disappointed yet. Customer service when needed is prompt to respond, it is truly a no hassle warranty, they ship you out replacement parts in a timely manner. I have a latch break or a handle broken-no problem, probably needs some new wheels on one, I know they will take care of it. I travel with tools on airplanes, and these are the only products that hold up to the luggage gorillas at the airports. Trust me on that one, I have bought so many "disposable" toolboxes it is not even funny.Pelican is one and done. So, you might pay three times as much up front, but over time, it is worth the cost.
