Wet Blade Assembly, Stainless Steel Blender Replacement Parts, Six Blades Blender Blade Compatible with Vitamix 1151,1152

It’s hard to find parts specifically for this blender. The assembly looked similar to what my blender has so I took the chance and VOILA it fit! It’s been working great since I installed it 2 weeks ago. Used for hummus, cashew based sauces and smoothies with frozen fruit. No leaks and sounds so much happier. I’m glad because the other unfortunate option was the landfill.

Another person already described this in detail, but I had leaks until I switched out the o ring with the one I had on my original Vitamix blade. That o ring seemed to be in fine shape, so I switched it out and tightened it down as firmly as I could.With that, I have no leaks and it seems to be working fine. I think they need to use a slightly smaller o ring to make this blade fit perfectly.

This was a perfect replacement for a blender that had a bearing go bad. The new replacement picture was nearly $60 and I bought this for $15 and it was perfect. I highly recommend this for any replacement.

So far seems like a good replacement for our Vitamix. Easy to replace.

I ordered this new blade assembly and also bought an aluminum retaining nut that the blade assembly screws into on the outside bottom of the Vitamix container. This blade assembly has a thick silicone O-ring that presses against the inside bottom of the plastic container to prevent leaks. The silicone O-ring is so thick that it prevented the threads on the blade assembly from extending far enough to thread onto the retaining nut. I pressed down hard trying to compress the silicone O-ring enough for it to thread but I didn't want to break the bottom of the plastic container; that would definitely defeat the purpose of the whole endeavor. Could not get the threads to catch. I went to Home Depot and bought an O-ring (#115 in the plumbing dept.) that is thinner in thickness and used that instead of the included silicone O-ring. Using the Home Depot O-ring the blade assembly threaded onto the retaining nut and I was able to cinch it down tight. Just tested it and there were no leaks but I don't know how well the O-ring will work over time since it is thinner. So, either the silicone O-ring is too thick or the blade assembly threads are too short.

So my blender is a “Dash DPB300BK” and a replacement mug are discontinued. Now the bearings on mine went bad and liquid began to leaking when ever I used it so I ordered this for which fits but the blades are no good I used the original ones of my blender, now installing this wasn’t easy but I got it done

Bearings are better than the factory provided ones which rusted out and started throwing ball bearings.We'll see as time goes on.
